Jim Kelly, 48 Years
By day, he runs the show—by the weekend, he’s chasing birdies on the golf course. Around here, he’s our commander-in-chief and the proud holder of the most coveted nametag at camp!
Assistant Director
Frank Dellaripa, 19 Years
Frank is always in the action! While he keeps the ball rolling at camp mangaging logistics, he also runs our afterschool program. Even though he's on the go, he's never too busy to be a Dad.
Program Administrator & Special Events
Kat Berkowitz, 26 Years
Keeping us up and running – quite literally! Kat makes sure everything is signed, sealed, and delivered, including coordinating the annual Hatchet Hunt (which is possibly already hidden!).

Marilou Caruso, 25 Years
Coordinating camp for our littlest campers, this tiny human tamer brings over three decades of experience in early childhood. That’s what turns first camp days into magical experiences!
Senior Camp K-1st Grade Coordinator
Maggi DeJesus-Wilson, 5 Years
Maggi was recruited to PDC by her husband as a tamer of slightly taller humans and the Preschool Assistant Director. She's the calm yet chipper one, always ready with a good morning and a high five!

Pam Kelly, 34 Years
This is Jim’s wife, Pam! She’s a pro at handling big personalities, big opinions, and all that camper "fun." When she’s not on the blacktop, she’s coordinating Photo Day—which is no small feat!
T-N-T & Jr. Leaders Coordinator
Dane Sannicandro, 15 Years
Dane is back! In his first year as TNT Coordinator, he returns after years on our counseling team—including serving as a team leader just seven short years ago. Welcome Back Daneranor!

If there’s a crowd cheering for a cartwheel, it’s for Nick! As an experienced teacher with big energy, he keeps our swim program fun, helping campers make a splash by building their confidence.

Returning to the A-TEAM after stepping into her newest role—mom! This music teacher is ready to keep calm and whistle on, coordinating our swim program and ensuring safety on the pool deck!

She may run enrichment—but her real super power? Making every camper feel included and supported. As our Special Education Liaison, she ensures every camper has an amazing summer!

If you’ve ever called the main office, chances are you’ve talked to Tom! He makes sure the parent portal is running smoothly—but did you know he’s also a mandolin player in a local band?
Buildings & Grounds Supervisor
Danny DeJesus-Wilson, 12 Years
Danny started at PDC as a Frog, worked the snack bar as a teen, and came back as an adult. Now that he’s outgrown his troublemaker days, we like to say… "everyone needs a Danny!"

We are a group of administrators who collaborate through our individual backgrounds in leadership, special events, early childhood development, elementary education, and preteen & teen education. Many of us are parents and just like you, we want to deliver a safe environment where our campers are encouraged to be their best selves. Feel free to ask us anything! We've seen it all.
